Important Notice on USD and EUR Payments

For payments made in USD or EUR, all bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, and international transaction costs must be covered by the sender. The exact amount to be credited to the conference account is specified in the registration fee table. Any deductions or shortfalls resulting from bank charges are the responsibility of the sender, and incomplete payments may require additional transfer to cover the remaining balance.

General Registration Rules

  1. The same author may present a maximum of two papers at the conference. An additional registration fee of TRY 1000 / USD 30 applies for the second paper.
  2. Çukurova University (Ç.U.) members and graduate students are required to upload official documentation verifying their affiliation during registration.
  3. Auditors who do not wish to receive conference benefits (such as a certificate, conference pack, lunch, etc.) may attend the conference free of charge.

Registration Type

In-Person Registration
LfAC’26 is organised exclusively as an in-person conference. All presenters and participants are expected to attend the conference physically in Türkiye.

Registration Policy for Authors

·         For each accepted paper, the registration fee is required from every author who will attend and present at the conference, regardless of the total number of authors listed on the paper.

·         Authors who are listed on a paper but will not attend or present at the conference are not required to pay the registration fee.

·         Please note that the payment of a single registration fee does not cover multiple presenting authors of the same paper.

Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Organising Committee within a maximum of 30 days following the registration date of each registrant. Refunds will not be issued for requests submitted after this period or in cases of non-attendance.
