1 The same author can present a maximum of two papers at the conference. The registration fee for the second paper presentation is TRY 1000 / USD 30.

2 Ç.U. / H.K.U. Members and Graduate Students are required to upload documents to the registration system as proof of their affiliations.

3 The online presentation option is available only for participants with international passports and affiliations outside Türkiye.

4 Auditors who do not wish to take advantage of the benefits included in the conference fee (e.g., certificate, conference pack, etc.) may attend the conference free of charge.

Further Notes

- For each paper, regardless of the number of authors, each participant is required to pay the registration fee.

- All accepted papers are expected to be presented by at least one author of the paper.

  • Abstract publication in the Book of Abstracts (with ISBN)
  • Access to scientific sessions
  • Lunch on both conference days
  • Tea/coffee breaks
  • Certificate of presentation

Note: Only selected full papers, following a blind peer-review process, will be published in an edited book (with ISBN).

  • Access to scientific sessions
  • Conference Pack (including all conference materials)
  • Lunch on both conference days
  • Tea/coffee breaks
  • Certificate of attendance

Registration Fee for international online presenters includes:

  • 20-minute online presentation
  • Access to all virtual scientific sessions
  • Abstract publication in the Book of Abstracts (with ISBN)
  • Certificate of presentation (digital)
  • Access to keynote speeches  

Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the organizing committee no later than September 16, 2025. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date or for non-attendance.
